Dungeon Explorer is a roguelike RPG where every run through procedurally generated dungeons offers a unique challenge. Descend through increasingly dangerous floors filled with monsters, traps, treasures, and boss encounters. Each run starts fresh with a basic weapon and no armor, requiring you to scavenge equipment and make difficult choices about what to carry in your limited inventory. Permadeath means every decision carries weight, from choosing which path to explore to whether you risk opening a suspicious treasure chest. Multiple character classes unlock as you achieve milestones, each fundamentally changing combat strategy. The Berserker gains power as health drops, the Alchemist brews potions mid-combat, and the Shadow gains advantages in dark rooms. Randomly generated items with varied enchantments mean you never get the same loadout twice. The pixel art monsters range from adorable slimes on early floors to terrifying eldritch abominations in the deepest levels. Between runs, spend collected gold at the surface village to unlock permanent upgrades and shortcuts.
